Devan’s hands-on involvement across both traditional and investment transactions has been a key driver behind the team’s $15M+ in annual sales volume, ensuring that each deal is approached with accuracy, accountability, and a clear exit strategy.

Kaitlin’s attention to detail and process-driven approach provides the backbone that allows the team to handle high deal volume without sacrificing quality or client experience.

Disposition & Buyer Relations
Cameron leads disposition and buyer relations, working directly with investors and end buyers to place acquired properties efficiently and strategically.
His focus is on understanding buyer criteria, aligning opportunities with the right audience, and ensuring transactions move forward with qualified, reliable buyers. Cameron’s role strengthens the team’s ability to execute on acquisitions by shortening timelines, improving buyer quality, and maintaining strong investor relationships.
